Full-Time NOC and HelpDesk
We have a dedicated Network Operations Center (NOC) monitoring our clients’ networks with full-time staff in our office dedicated to providing remote support to your organization. This means you don’t have to page your “computer guy” and wait for him to call you back. This means you’re not calling a foreign country to get support from someone who doesn’t know you from anyone. You’re calling someone who is not only always there, but also someone who has access to all the documentation and history relating to your network AND provides high quality and timely support in a moment’s notice.
When you signup for our Managed IT Services, we setup a “HelpDesk” email account within your email system that automatically routes helpdesk requests to our internal Help Desk. This not only improves the responsiveness of support (as though we’re onsite at your location!) but also improves the lines of communication.
