While it has always been our approach to consider the time involved and always provide value, under a Time & Materials billing methodology, in the past we would charge based on the amount of time incurred. Now, under a Managed Services approach our only goal is to ensure uptime for our clients as quickly and efficiently as possible! Our goal now is to make sure we spend the time up front to ensure the ongoing stability of the network.
