In-depth Reporting

Through the use of our Remote Network Monitoring system we are now able to manage networks with a greater knowledge and understanding by the use of extensive reporting. Not only does this give us the ability to report on the current state of the network, it also gives us the ability to report on the ongoing performance of the network - to see and analyze trends such as CPU utilization, memory usage, disk space usage, etc.

“Knowledge is power”. These reports give us the ability to look at the performance of the network in a purely objective fashion. We can compare current performance against previous time periods. This also gives us the ability to see trends and analyze network usage. Under our support plans, we provide these reports monthly as well as use them during our quarterly IT Status Meetings with our clients. This allows us to provide significantly more effective (and proactive) planning and budgeting.
