Our entire infrastructure is designed with the sole purpose of providing value to our clients at every stage of our involvement. And our internal systems are built around this core ideology. We’re here to serve and our systems were designed to improve the level of service we provide to our clients. Internally we live in a “culture of constant improvement”. What we mean by this is we’re always looking at “how” we do what we do and look for ways to improve our systems.
In addition, one of our Core Values is “Document and Standardize”. Not only do believe in documenting things, but you could say we’re fanatical about it. We document everything we do. And keep it all online and secure available for our clients to access whenever needed. This documentation includes computer inventories, network user lists and passwords, software serial numbers and unlocking keys, procedures documents and checklists for specific recurring tasks, etc.
The purpose of this documentation is to streamline our support so we never have to struggle to figure out something that’s been done before. In addition, we provide access to this documentation to our clients, which means you don’t have to rely on your IT service provider for information that should already be at your fingertips. We create procedures documents to help you and your staff utilize technology to its fullest and easiest.
