Tier 2: SupportIT

SupportIT is the 2nd service level and core component of our Managed IT Services offering adding enduser helpdesk support services layered on top of our proactive network monitoring and management services.   Using FPA’s proven Best Practices methodology for remotely supporting network infrastructures, these two service levels combined address between 85-95% of a client’s ongoing network infrastructure management and support needs. 

FPA provides unlimited Remote End User Network Support by providing a HelpDesk staff dedicated to remotely addressing and solving network support issues for end users. We create a HelpDesk account directly within the client’s email system that automatically routes requests into our HelpDesk tracking system at our offices where they immediately go into our support queue for our staff to address. The immediacy adds to our level of service. It’s like you have your own dedicated support staff just an email or phone call away.

  • Network user Additions / Changes
  • Group Policy Updates
  • Unlimited Remote Help Desk Support
  • 3rd Party Application Configuration and Support
  • 3rd Party Vendor Coordination
  • Quarterly IT Planning & Status Meetings
